Adjustable Charging Tray System for Treadmill
In this project, I found potential customer needs by in-person observation at a fitness center, and then I innovatively designed an adjustable tray system with charging function for the treadmill, in order to give customers better working-out experience.
• Conducted ethnography study for customer needs and at a fitness center
• Designed adjustable tray system with charging function for the treadmill, where cams, levers, springs, wires etc are applied
• Established 3-D assembly in SolidWorks; conducted feasibility calculation and FEA analysis
• Generated BOM, selected manufacturing process and completed cost assessment
Skills: SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation, FEA, Excel, Ethnography Study, Axiomatic Map, Coupling Analysis, Morphology Chart, Belief Map, Feasibility Verification
